What about the woman or young girl who is a victim of rape or incest or even a husband who does not like reproductive timing? I believe we have to be sympathetic rather than condemnational?

Women’s health? Again, verifiable condition. But most people I have known would give their lives for their children. Just as Jesus for His brothers and sisters.

If we can determine when soul life begins we have an answer, which God may have already given us through His Word and scientific analysis. A determined time period may be a way out of our cultural dilemma.

Day 6 of Creation: Genesis 7:7. And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

My life began in early 1944. After I was conceived it took about 6 weeks for God to ‘breath the breath of life’ into my nostrils, and I became a living soul. Of course I needed working lungs and a heart. Looks like Adam had it all, in a heartbeat.

Of course there are those who want chaos no matter what makes sense. But we are still talking about majority numbers in political elections and judicial selections. Most people want peace and harmony and live a good life. May be then we can talk to them of the Savior and the promised Eternal Life, if they want it.

Genesis 2:

15.  Then the Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it.

16.  And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, "Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat;

17.  "but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.''

Genesis 3:

1.  Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, `You shall not eat of every tree of the garden'?''

2.  And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden;

3.  "but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, `You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.' ''

4.  And the serpent said to the woman, "You will not surely die.

5.  "For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.''

6.  So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.

7.  Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings.

21.  Also for Adam and his wife the Lord God made tunics of skin, and clothed them.

Eve is the first one who said ‘I have a right to choose’, and Adam said nothing, but ate too. And today’s big dilemma (maybe always) is about ‘the right to choose’ to disobey God’s Commands. Along with abortion, there are many cries for ‘a right to choose’. Question is, does that right violate God’s Commands or even violate someone else’s rights. Does an unborn have the right to ‘life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness’? If anything we have a mandate to ‘choose life’.

And, God does require us to ‘choose between eternal death and Eternal Life in Christ’.

John 3:

16.  "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

17.  "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

18.  "He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”

1 Corinthians 6 - NKJV

 9.  Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites,

 10.  nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.

 11.  And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

I worked with 2 ‘gay guys’ for about 10 years. One seemed untrustworthy and always had a new partner.

The other one seemed trustworthy, good to work with, liked my Christmas Cards, and was ever faithful to his partner, even after deathly sickness.

Am I faithful, do I lie, do I extort or revile, etc? Again, above my pay grade.

Abraham had ‘servants’, Pharoah had ‘slaves’?
