Two Witnesses

Most churches I have been in recently do not talk about the demonic possession of our culture, lest they offend, and in some cases seem to be in favor of it to preserve some liberal application, or even to preserve some ‘agree to disagree’ ism philosophy about God’s Word and salvation.
God’s Word was meant to fill our churches (and jury pools), and change people’s hearts, not empty them. If the churches do not present the ‘Real News’ and the Good News about Jesus and Church/Biblical history and about the Great Commission and God’s Law and Order, we will get (or have) what we deserve.
I know Judgment Day will settle all accounts, but how should we live and die until then? 2020 could be the beginning of the end of civility or the beginning of a cultural revival.
How about Goodbye 501C3 or Hello 666?

Premil, Aumil, Praeterist… How about ‘Nowmil’:
(Note: about 4 BC and numbers like 1996: if the early church had informed the powers that be that Jesus lived 36 years, then Jesus would have been born in 1 Anno Domini, Year of our Lord.)

New Calvinism or the subversive version – don’t ask, don’t tell but it still affects the outcomes? Still prideful and not the humility of Jesus and the Gospels.

Psalms 2 NKJ
1. Why do the nations rage, And the people plot a vain thing?
2. The kings of the earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,
3. "Let us break Their bonds in pieces And cast away Their cords from us.''
4. He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision.
5. Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, And distress them in His deep displeasure:
6. "Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion.''
7. "I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ` `You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.
8. Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession.
9. You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.' ''
10. Now therefore, be wise, O kings; Be instructed, you judges of the earth.
11. Serve the Lord with fear, And rejoice with trembling.
12. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, And you perish in the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.
2 Peter 3 NKJ
1. This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:
2. That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
3. Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
4. And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
5. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
6. Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
7. But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
8. But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
10. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
Ah, but how close will it be? When Noah got on the boat, water up to his knees?
